Our 5 Bedroom / 5 Bath offers its own private 8 meter swimming pool with Jacuzzi, sporting a high salt and low chlorine water purification system, leaving your skin soft and smooth, not dried out like other swimming pools. This home also offers a private 2nd Entertainment/Game Room for the kids in all of us, so if you’re a gamer bring your equipment.
All the bedrooms, living room, and both entertainment rooms have their own separate air conditioners (7 total installed) allowing different levels of temperature throughout the house. Our Luxury Pattaya 5 Bedroom Holiday Villa was recently built and furnished in a blend of European Style with true traditional Thai Craftsmanship. The floor plan includes granite and tiled floors with marble countertops. Rooms are well lit and spacious. Our guests also have access to a communal swimming pool and kiddy pool if they would like to mingle with our other guests.
Many of the furnishings have been handmade including the Teak Wood Panels throughout the Home, just visiting here is a true treat to the senses featuring decor to suit the most demanding of tastes.
Entertainment
We have recently installed Wi-Fi High Speed Internet Access and a full audio and video entertainment system, including Cable TV with movies and local and international channels in English, German and Russian languages. Our in-house audio system includes CD and DVD player with 6 Speaker Theater Surround Sound System.
Kitchen and Dinning Areas
Offering both a Dining Table and Breakfast Bar which doubles in the evening as Cocktail Bar liberating your Bartending Skills. A fully equipped European Kitchen fitted with wrap-around black granite worktops all nicely dressed in fine teak cabinets. Appliances include: large refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove & full size oven, microwave, rice cooker, electric hot water kettle and toaster. A complete range of cooking utensils and place settings for 10 and a full size clothes washing machine is located at the side entrance.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
All bedrooms feature western interior design and have been amply fitted with King & Queen size beds and built in or free standing furniture, some with dressing tables or computer desks. All rooms are air-conditioned and the master bath boasts both a tub/shower and a separate stand alone shower. Our guests will enjoy free daily maid service.
All the Bathrooms have hot & cold running water with ample room including a guest bath off the main living room, tiled from floor to ceiling
